Slug Gone is 100% natural and derived from British wool. It consists of a biodegradable protein fibre which releases nitrogen, potassium, sulphur and other trace elements essential for plant growth. The pellets create an irritating, absorbent mat that works as a natural slug repellent and prevents slugs and snails from reaching the plant. At the same time adds nutrients to the soil and locks in moisture improving water retention. Can also be used to protect against cabbage root fly.
For best results add the pellets in a 10cm radius around the stem of the plant and water so that the fibres bond. Perfect for flower beds, containers and hanging baskets.
