ViV® Helleborus have been grown for their beautiful flowers and they come in a very diverse range of colours. They are hardy plants that flower for an average of 5 months from September until the end of May. Thanks to its winter flowering, early bees have pollen available as early as January. Freezing temperatures don’t bother them, at the first rays of sunshine after a frost they spring upright. The intensity of the flowers depends on the outside temperature. With colder temperatures leading to more intense colour. Plant them out in the garden in shade or part shade and enjoy for years to come, or enjoy near your door in a patio pot. Prune the leaves if they turn brown or too coarse.
ViV Amalia bears bright white double flowers with no speckling. They fade beautifully over a long season to cream and then green.
