Apple (Malus) 'Adam's Pearmain' Bush 12 Litres MM106
Adam's Pearmain is an excellent dessert apple. Its skin is mainly red-brown, with hints of orange and charming lenticel spots. The flesh is juicy and crisp when fresh, later on it's drier but still tender. It has an aromatic, nutty flavour. It stores well and is an excellent keeper. It is a very healthy apple which resists frost, powdery mildew and scab. The spring blossom is very attractive, being white with pink tips against the dark green leaves.
